Lets just start with the Kitchen looks amazing! We just remodeled our kitchen but decided to install the cabinets ourselves so I can't rate their service for the install. In the beginning the service at Zen Living was great but one of our cabinets arrived without a leg. I called the sales rep that I had been dealing with and emailed and called again. I have not received a call back and ended up installing the cabinet with a piece of wood instead of a leg. All turned out great but their follow up customer service needs work.
Now let me tell you about the Counter tops!! I ordered through Zen Living and this was a truly lovely experience. They called me and let me know when they would arrive and were on time. They were curious and very thorough with their questions about my sink, overhang and fit for my stove. When they returned to install they again were on time and very thorough to make sure everything fit properly, including the tap hole which they cut on site. Can't say enough good things about the countertops!! 10 starts

Bathroom cabinet replacement

Cabinets for 3 bathrooms replaced April 2020.Very shortly thereafter the rubber bumpers on the doors and shelves(placed at each corner)started moving and the falling off.Called the company April 9,2021 for replacements-needed 24.They did not express any remorse whatsoever and even suggested that if they were going to mail them to me that I would have to pay for postage.They still did not commit to replacement.The following day I was told that since these cabinets were ordered through my contractor that I would have to contact them for this issue.I was totally taken aback as to how they dealt with an issue which was totally their fault,as they used faulty bumpers and that would have cost them including postage perhaps at the maximum maybe $5.I can't imagine what will occur if I have any real serious issues with these cabinets.It's obvious that customer satisfaction and standing behind their product is definitely not one of their services.STAY away from this company!

Honestly everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I dont have the energy to list all the problems that occurred, from defective product to poor workmanship and six months to complete. To be far i was asked by the project manager,[ i quote ] in his own words, what can i do to make u happy. We agreed they would make me a wine rack for the kitchen. Well its now six months from that promise by the project manager and still no wine rack. Today after numerous texts and calls to the project manager i received a call back. It was a very un professional and confrontational call back . I was told that i wanted work from them for nothing. I was repeatedly yelled at so i just hung up the phone ? I will now source a wine rack else where. Honestly the tile guy was the highlight . He did a great job.

Terrible material and work

Their work is absolutely terrible, they didn't install the kitchen in a right way they didn't install the dishwasher in a proper way it didn't fit! They screwed the drawers bigger than the size of the handles! I don't recommend this company to anyone their work is terrible and i'm still having issues in my kitchen because of them! And its a CHEAP quality and they charge you more than what it suppose to cost. the cabinets are two different colours one is white and the other is more of a yellow! Im not satisfied with their work so disappointing.

Refuse to service their terrible work!!
Electricians review in Halifax
We hired Zen to do our kitchen. Their work was substandard, and we requested they fix their work. At first, they refused to communicate via their 'service' department, and then we finally had a senior manager tell us they will not be coming out to fix the cabinets.
They refused to come out and install the cabinets, without receiving 100% of the invoice. I guess it's no wonder, as they already know how terrible their work is, and have no intention of servicing their clients.
We are now in the process of resolving this through court, as we have to hire professionals to fix their terrible work.
I would run as fast as you can from this company, as they have zero integrity.

From the time we walked into the showroom and throughout the entire Reno we were treated as a valued customer.
Our kitchen had some unusual angles and Mike the installer was highly skilled and meticulous in his work and genuinely cared about the finished product.
The end result was a fantastic job that exceeded our expectations. If you are looking to do a renovation I'd highly recommend you obtain a quote from Zen.

Complete kitchen renovation

The cabinets were very well built, and there were no errors in the design. The cabinets were well packaged and survived the trip from Calgary to Kelowna with no damage at all. They were ready for pickup on the exact date and time that was requested. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family!

Zen living helped my wife and I without apartments galley style kitchen. After taking our time with our design selections and doing some planning with our contractor Zen installed our new cabinets and countertops. I was impressed by the professionalism and pride in work the installers showed.

New Kitchen

Hi if you planning to have a big headache on the project hire Zen living . These guys are the worst company that I have a dealed with Service is terrible as soon as they got my money they just disappear every time that I was calling them they said I will transfer you to the different department ,and nobody ever called me back and one day I decide to call the manager Nil and he was even worse than his employees, he said he will take care that and disappear too 18 months later I have a kitchen that I paid $29,000 and still not even done yet

Kitchen countertop
Countertops review in Calgary
My quarts countertop was cracked due to poor material from supplier. ZEN was very helpful remove old countertop and replacing with brand new one. Also disconnect and reconnect the plumbing. All done within 3 days and all free of charge. I would definitely use ZEN again for future Reno projects. I am a happy customer.
